Juli Griffith has over 30 years experience in the Nashville music industry. She has garnered over 1,000 cuts and represented over 100 songwriters.
She began her career working with prolific songwriter Stuart Harris, writer of 9 #1 hits including the theme song for America’s Funniest Home Videos, Wynonna Judd’s “No One Else On Earth” and Travis Tritt classics “I’m Gonna Be Somebody,” “Can I Trust You With My Heart” and “Drift Off To Dream” at Edisto Music. Following her tenure at Edisto she moved on to helm Corlew Music Group representing hit songwriters Chris Wallin, Bonnie Bramlett, Jason Sellers, Ray Benson, Aaron Tippin and Ronnie Samoset who penned Juli’s favorite song she ever got recorded: “On Your Way Home” by Patty Loveless.
Eventually Broken Bow Records owner Benny Brown recruited her to start his publishing company, Magic Mustang Music, which she led for over 14 years, highlighted by winning the SESAC Publisher of the Year award 3 years in a row making history for an independent publisher.
Over the years she has volunteered with charities such as The Miller Harris Foundation, the HoriPro charity golf tournament and Hands On Nashville and she is a long-time member of the songplugger group The Crazy 8’s.
In 2017 she was recognized as one of the Rising Women On The Row by Music Row Magazine.
In her spare time she NEVER relaxes. She enjoys cooking, wine, sewing, poker, football, birdies on the golf course and fishing for BIG A$# BASS.
